A significant part of the S2S Watershed and Stewardship Program includes a Technical and Regulatory Advisory Committee known as a TRAC.  The TRAC intentionally incorporated the Central Valley Joint Venture (CVJV) and their Tulare Basin Work Group.  The group has it's own assigned Regional Coordinator, Craig Isola and meets frequently under the auspices of the Tulare Planning Region.  CVJV was established over 35 years ago under the Central Valley Project Improvement Act of 1992 (CVPIA92)
