Tekoah A. Kadara

Position: TBWP Director

Tekoah was appointed to the Board in September, 2025.  He is the Executive Director for  Allensworth's Community Development Corporation (ACDC).

Tekoah A. Kadara is a visionary leader with over a decade of expertise in sales, operations, and management, fortified by a formal education in Business Administration and Management from Cal State University, San Bernardino. As the CEO of Time Exchange Investments Corp. (TXI Corp.), Mr. Kadara has demonstrated a remarkable ability to drive organizational empowerment, foster social responsibility, and champion the success of BIPOC and women-owned businesses. His entrepreneurial acumen, marked by the founding and self-funding of a successful retail brand, has been pivotal in his leadership across both private capital ventures and corporate operations.

In his role as Executive Director of ACDC, Mr. Kadara continues the powerful legacy of his family, including his grandmother, Nettie Morrison, and his mother, Denise Kadara, both esteemed leaders in Allensworth. His leadership is transforming the community through climate-adaptive initiatives, including regenerative agriculture, clean water technologies, the development of a community resiliency center, and youth sports programs. These projects are part of a broader vision to establish Allensworth and the Tulare Lakebed region as models for rural climate resilience and sustainability.

His leadership reflects not only professional excellence but also a passion for service, grounded in his dedication to both his family and the advancement of the Allensworth community.
