A leader in conservation is the Tule Basin Land & Water Conservation Trust.  The organization is a current recipient of a USBR WaterSMART award thatencompasses what is known as the Lower Tule Sub-Basin predominantly on the valley floor.  The Trust is a value resource that are well established and will contribute significantly towards the success of S2S.
